How to catch a mouse outside without killing it?

I have seen a mouse around the outside out my house, it has made a burrowing under my house too. This is a problem because my aunt (who lives with me) is deathly afraid of mice, and it runs around the yard when she is outside. I don't want to kill the mouse, I simply want to relocate it. If I should make a cage please provide instructions. I live in rural town where there is not a lot of supplies, so nothing fancy. Also, I don't have any tools. Except a hammer and screwdriver.
