Is it normal for a 17 year old girl to get wrinkles?

A small area between the bridge of my nose and my right eyelid is wrinkly. It just appeared 2 days ago, not gradual at all. It surprises me because I don't tug on my eyes when I put on makeup, and I don't tan and the area I live in doesn't get much sun. I'm really appalled. is this normal, permanent? call me vain but I hate this.
