Is there a difference between Full Metal alchemist & Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood?

Im just trying 2 finish the series of Full metal Alchemist and then i noticed a lot of searches of fma brotherhood and its completely different!!! Its rlly confusing & weird. The brotherhood 1 seems more according to the manga but which 1 should i watch? Please help me out!
