My face is burning up and hurts. What kinds of illness could this be?

Beginning last night after i had spent all night at knotts scary farm, around 2 in the morning, my face began to heat up and burn. It looks normal but it hurts and feels really hot. Is there any kind of illness i could have contracted that could be the most likely. Ive heard that some of my symptoms are HIV related and i have heard of the AIDS brigade, so i am really worried. Please help me.
