Am i gonna throw up? PLZ HELP!?

im 13 and im sure i have to barf. i dont want to AT ALL! so plz, dont just tell me to just throw up to get it over with. whats weird is my mouth is like shaking and my legs are too. im cold, and dizzy. everyones asleep at my house exept for me! its 3 am where i am. i tried pepto, but it didnt work. is there any type of home remedy that stops u from throwing up? thanx!
