Dodge not startin for me?

i blow out the transmision. then i got home a drove it up on the ramps it still ran. i put the new trasmission in i get in it to start it and it will not start so then i changed to cam shft positioning sencer and the plugs and wires distibiter cap on acoil and now i am getting spark and it cranks fine . so then i thought it was the ecu or pcm the computer and now it sounds like it wants to start but it just will not. it has good compresstion and ever thing is good i just cant figer it out please help
