HSV 1 (Oral) breakouts on other body parts?

If I have HSV 1 and have always gotten my outbreaks orally, can i get outbreaks from my current virus on my ? I recently found a couple red spots on my and got tested for HSV -2 and it came back negative and so im trying to find out if my body may decide to show the virus elsewhere even though it has historically always showed itself on my lips. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
