I got kicked by a thoroughbred on the weekend i need some medical advice!!!?

i got kicked in the thigh by a thoroughbred on the weekend i went to hospital to make sure it wasnt broken and its not doctors prescribed antiinflamatories and pain relief and im on crutches! but....my whole thigh has bruised and its on the back side of my thigh when i got kicked in the front and now im having bad pain in my knee i wasnt kicked anywhere near my knee it was closer to my hip! any advice
