If getting a FHA loan and I have an inspection report and WDO, should I give this to the FHA appraiser?

We are waiting for the FHA appraisal but my private inspectors revealed some repairs that are needed, in order to p FHA, should I give the lender this information just so the FHA appraiser can review it and tell me what needs to be fixed become they come out???
